We have added an updated list of speakers at http://www.expatriateconference.com/speakers.html

We have entered into the new era of global healthcare. Today, everything is globalized. More and more employers are moving operations offshore and opening offices in foreign countries. These international employers now need to provide healthcare coverage for their foreign employees, plus expatriate coverage to their “management” who help run their offshore offices and operations. Many new international insurance companies are emerging and many domestic insurance companies throughout the world are now creating “international health insurance policies” to cater to the demand of their customers who want global options for medical care, and wish to have a health insurance policy that gives them the option to travel to the best hospital of their choice anywhere in the world. This conference will focus on these issues and bring together these international employers, and health insurance companies with the industries experts and the top service providers.

As global travel grows, the demand for quality travel insurance policies grow as well as the demand for new and innovative travel insurance policies. Also, as healthcare grows throughout the world, new hospital and provider options are available under travel insurance policies for emergency evacuations.

As these industries grow, more challenges face these industries. Travel Insurance Companies must now cope with natural disasters and healthcare emergencies such as the Haiti Earthquake crisis and the Ash Volcano Cloud in Europe and other issues around the world.   Companies needs to learn how to better deal with these crises and how to plan for them in the future.

Also because health insurance is going global issues and challenges need to be addressed such as choosing the right hospitals, choosing the proper facilities to evacuate patients to, managing claims, reducing costs and managing benefits and insured over large distances.

This Employers, Government and Insurance Company focused Expatriate and Travel Insurance Conference will feature over 30 expert speakers, mainly from governments, international insurance companies and employers and up to 500 attendees and up to 500 private one-on-one networking meetings.  The conference will focus on new opportunities for Expatriate Healthcare, Global Health Insurance, and Travel Insurance professionals and vendors in the international marketplace. Learn what new and exciting opportunities there are with foreign governments, international and domestic insurance companies and employers!

 Networking Opportunities.

The Expatriate Healthcare, Travel Insurance and Global Health Insurance Conference will have a special focus on networking and will feature up to 500 one-on-one networking meetings. Attendees will identify some of the attendees they would like to meet at the congress and what they would like to accomplish and "our software" will try to arrange it for you. Our congress is the only event where employers, insurance agents, brokers, consultants, TPA’s, ASO’s, insurance companies, vendors and more can network and have private networking meetings. Anyone can come to this event and create new business relationships and contracts that would otherwise take years of work to accomplish. Take two days of your time and come to the most intense and high level networking session in the country.

Accomplish in 3 days what would otherwise take you years to accomplish!

This year we will be implementing a special software program that will allow attendees to pick and choose who they would like to pre-schedule a meeting with. The networking software will allow attendees to set up profiles of their companies and themselves within the online website and search through the list of attendees for those companies and people they would like to meet with. Profile information that attendees can include online include attendees name, website, contact information, company information, and other pertinent information.

Detailed searches can even be done within the system such as searching for all companies within a certain country or other search criteria. Attendees for the Expatriate Healthcare and Travel Insurance Conference will be able to chose up to 50 companies to have pre-scheduled one on one networking meetings with over the two day conference. Attendees will have to have all networking meeting selections done prior to the conference.

When the networking meeting software deadline has expired the computer system will automatically match and schedule meetings for you according to the guidelines. If you have created a profile you will then receive an email that will let you know when your networking meetings have been scheduled. You will be able to log back into your online profile and view your networking schedule. Your detailed schedule will include the day, time, seat, person, and company you are scheduled to meet with. Once your schedule has been automatically selected for you based on your choices you will be able to edit or make changes to your schedule if needed.

You can also accept and decline your existing meetings. You can also move, and add new meetings into open slots in your networking schedule! This amazing software program allows you to maximize your time at the expatriate and travel insurance conference to maximize your networking and business opportunities. If you want to have up to 25 networking meetings in one day then you can do it within this system.

Our one on one networking meetings are some of the most valuable time spent at the Expatriate Healthcare, Travel Insurance and Global Health Insurance Conference and with our new software system implemented this year we are so excited to offer this new and exciting program exclusively to our attendees. These meetings will be pre-scheduled and will be up to ten (10) minute meetings.

The Expatriate Healthcare, Travel Insurance and Global Health Insurance Conference is the ONE conference per year you CANNNOT AFFORD TO MISS!
