Payment and Cancellation/Substitutions Policy:

Full refunds are available for cancellation requests received on or before July 1, 2012, less a $245 processing fee. After this date, there are no refunds but you may send a colleague in your place provided you notify the Global Benefits Conference by email at least 2 weeks in advance.  The Global Benefits Conference office shall be notified of cancellations in writing. Please note that any refunds will be made after the conference is completed.  The original registrant must submit a written authorization for such a change. 

Registration for workshops is on a first come first serve basis. Global Benefits Conference does not guarantee seating into any sessions and registrant maybe notified of cancellation of any session.
