Q: How do I access the Networking Software again after I have created my profile?

- Click “Sign in to Participate”
- Enter your email address and the password that you created
Q: I never received/lost my initial email with a link to create my profile! How can I get it sent to me again?
- First, make sure that you are registered for the Congress and have paid your registration fee in full.
- Go to networking2011.medicaltourismcongress.com
- Click “Sign in to Participate”
- Click “Send me a sign-in link” as shown below

- Enter your email address and you will be sent a link to sign-in.
Q: I forgot my password! What do I do?
- Go to networking2011.medicaltourismcongress.com
- Click “Sign in to Participate”
- Click “forgotten password” as shown below

- Enter your email address and a link will be emailed to you so that you can re-set your password.

Q: I do not want to schedule meeting during a certain time. How do I block busy time in my schedule so that people cannot request meetings with me during that time period?

Click on the Schedule Tab

- Click on the “Block Busy Time” button found in the right column as shown below

- A box like the one below will open.
- Type in the name of what you would like to call the busy time in the "Subject" section that is circled below.. (Can be just "Busy Time")
- Click on the white time slots that you would like to block out. (an example is shown below)
- Click "Save" at the bottom of the box.
