Mr. Taylor is a Director with SSM Health Care St. Louis.  His responsibilities include the facility operations and construction activities at SSM DePaul Health Center, a 1M+ square foot, 437 bed hospital and health center located in St. Louis, Missouri.  Mr. Taylor is a degreed engineer with nearly 24 years of experience in construction and health care facility planning, design and construction.  Mr. Taylor holds a Certified Healthcare Facility Manager designation with the American Hospital Association.

 

Prior to joining SSM Health Care Mr. Taylor served as a Senior Project Executive for a national based health care development firm, where he provided program management services for replacement hospitals and major hospital renovations and expansions.  He has performed strategic planning, master facility planning, program development and construction management activities for numerous health care facilities throughout the Midwest.  His experience spans a variety of projects ranging from rural critical access hospitals to large urban academic health centers.  Mr. Taylor has developed several Medical Office Buildings and Specialty Care Centers including pro forma analysis, financing, ownership structure and design-build construction.
