Muna Almuallem is the Manager of International Benefits at Mary Kay Inc., head quartered in Dallas, TX, with over 25 offices globally.  Her career in benefits began when she worked for Pepsi Bottling Group and then focused on international benefits during the five years at MasterCard.   

 

Muna is part of the steering committee that created the Mary Kay Global Wellness program which is going into it’s 4^th year.  Her passion for benefits and wanting to impact change helped create the One World roundtable in Dallas, which is made up of other international benefit professionals that meets quarterly to discuss challenges, opportunities and best practices.

 

In her current role, Muna works with her global clients in strategizing and creating 3-5 year benefit  plans with the focus on attraction and retention, cost reduction, continuing to be competitive, while  leveraging local and / or global resources available.

 

She is currently working on her Masters and attaining her DIEB designation.
