Victor RaulCastillo Mantilla, Cardiovascular Surgeon and Executive Director of the Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia. He studied medicine at the University of Juan M. Corpas in Bogota and did postgraduate studies in General Surgery at the Universidad del Valle and Cardiovascular Surgery at the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellín.

He served as Surgeon General in Hospital Ramón González Valencia and Institute of Social Security, was Director of the Surgical Institute of Bucaramanga, is currently Transplant Surgeon, Cardiovascular Surgeon and Chief of Cardiovascular Foundation of Colombia.

Founding member of the Colombian Institute for Biomedical Research, special member of American Diabetes Association Professional Section since April 2004, belongs to the National Council of Science and Technology Health COLCIENCIAS. It is part of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce of Bucaramanga.
